Legal owners in the JCOA. A signed copy of the deed/ closing contract must be provided for access to JCOA site & Facebook Page. Pool & Tennis access is included with membership.

Renters

Legal renters in the JCOA. A signed copy of the lease agreement must be provided for access to JCOA site & Facebook Page. Pool & Tennis access must be stated clearly in the lease.

Non-Member Users

A non-member type for users that need site access, but not administrative rights (legal, finance, professional services, etc.)
